Leg update:
HB 822, to create a tax credit for purchase of biodiesel, should pass out of Senate Taxation today with amendments to expand the credit to all businesses and limit the amount to $400.
Earth Day Helena by The S.A.V.E. Foundation will include a speech by Senator John Brueggeman (R-Polson) who brought forth SB 432, a biodiesel standard for Montana, and is of the strongest advocates for bring the economic, mechanical, and energy security benefits of biodiesel to Montana.
